If an exception is made and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting to be reviewed for a return will not be accepted. Please note, this does not mean that items sent back are automatically refunded. If an item is returned, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Exchanges Since exchanges are rarely accepted, please be sure of sizes and/or items prior to ordering. In order to be considered for an exchange, please email us for a request. If your request is approved, a label will be emailed to you. New items will not be shipped out until the original item is received by us. Please note, this does not mean that all items are approved for exchange, however, we understand situations may come up and under certain circumstances we may approve exchanges.
Refunds Under certain circumstances if your refund request is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
