No. All of our products are cruelty-free and vegan with no added parabens. We will never test our products on animals.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name, and photos or screenshots of what you received. Someone from our team will reach out to correct the situation.
All packages are shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
All of our products have a 6-12 month shelf life.
Unfortunately, we can not cancel orders once they have been placed. If you decided you wanted to add to an order once it's been placed, you'd have to place a new order for the item that was missed.
We ask that you please be careful when entering addresses and ensure that all information is correct prior to submitting your order. Once the order is placed, addresses and information can not be updated and we will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided.
We recommend doing a patch test on a small area to check for reactions prior to trying any products.
We recommend steaming the products at a low setting to remove any wrinkles. Ironing is not recommended.
